Order Procedures
1. Look through our items and take down the list of items you are interested in.
2. Check if we have any ongoing promotions (usually for instocks)
3. Click onto our order form and submit the necessary information
4. You will be contacted to make payment
5. For preorder items, please wait patiently for 2-4 weeks, which you will then be contacted.
For instocks, items will be mailed as soon as possible and meetup will be arranged.

Local buyers:
ATM Transfer/iBanking/Deposit - Information will be sent out by us.
Via Meetup at Lakeside/Boon Lay only - Please arrange a timing with us
Overseas buyers:
Strictly Paypal - Information will be sent out by us.
The total is calculated based on (total + shipping fees) + service charge by paypal

Collection
Via meetup
Meetups are strictly at Bus Stop opposite Lakeside MRT or Jurong Point (Free)
Via Normal and Registered mailing
Normal Mail (according to weight) - $1/$2/$3 (some items have normal mail waived)
Registered mail - $3 + Normal mail
Normal mail may have the risk of getting lost, please accept this term, if not please opt for reg mail. Tracking number will be available upon request.

Regarding Items (*IMPORTANT)
Items may sometimes be delayed due to various reasons like out of stock.
Please be patient as we will make another order for the items as fast as possible.

It is common for preorders to be delayed where by some have reached Singapore, but the other part have not. Please contact us if you want to collect what is here first or continue to wait to collect together.
